To Pre-Register for classes
To Pre-Register and guarantee a space in class, registration must be accompanied by payment in full. Mail (check or credit card) or fax (credit card only) the registration form with payment so that we receive it 1 business day prior to the first class session to take advantage of pre-paid package savings. CAPE will mail, fax or email you a confirmation, and course materials when applicable, time permitting. Walk-in registrants, (space available) must pay tuition plus a $20 surcharge by check or credit card (no cash accepted) at the start of class. Walk-ins should call to confirm availability.
To Pre-Register for Distance Learning
Register online, print registration form and fax or mail to CAPE with payment, or call our office.
Reschedule Policy
Fees apply per person per event. A $20 reschedule fee will be waived if CAPE receives WRITTEN notification at least 1 business day prior to the scheduled seminar. If a suitable alternate class selection is not currently available, the re-scheduled class can be transferred with no fee to a “To Be Scheduled” (TBS) category. TBS class credits may be used anytime in the next two years for any like kind CAPE class. TBS classes will expire after two years. All “no-shows” will be charged a $20 fee to reschedule. There are no refunds for “no-shows”. Note: To reschedule from distance learning to classroom, all distance learning materials must be returned to CAPE in unused and saleable condition with a written request to reschedule.
Cancellation Policy
Cape reserves the right to cancel any class due to circumstances occurring beyond our control.
Completion Time Limit
Pre-License: All Cape School pre-license courses are good for one year from the date of purchase. Additional extensions may be purchased for students needing more time to complete their course. Our priority is to ensure that our students have the most current and up-to-date information to pass the licensing examination.
Continuing Education: All Cape School continuing education courses are good for two years from the date of purchase. Additional extensions may be purchased for students needing more time to complete their course. The materials are constantly being reviewed and updated, which requires us to put the two-year time limit for completion. Our priority is to ensure that our students have the most current and up-to-date information.
